Step One - Brain

How memory works
° short-term memory the things we hear or see for a few seconds, It is a common incident

(Accessible long term memory)
Information Not to be forgotten, although we try, (example) your name, address, etc.

· Things frequent and  or hear eg (names and addresses) is housed in the long-term memory  memory access

(Inaccessible long-term memory)
• All the experiences through the senses. Sight, hearing and other senses, an experience once. Something seen or heard it once, they often fail to experience.

Information Absorption
• We humans absorb information in terms of how it is processed ..

• Most students have a bad habit of putting, I explain this method of study. CRAM When information is put in short-term memory.

• The process is temporary cram in more easily remember is concerned, the reasons for this, the information is compressed or forced to the brain.

· In order to remember information, must be processed at intervals. No data are processed in memory, is how you process it.

The first rule, to crush obsolete
• To get can be very risky for someone studying for an exam. Come with me on this path of becoming an academic genius.

(Note)
· The first and last things you hear or see is what you usually remember.

(Experiment)
Re a friend view the numbers 45, 10, 56, 23, 61, 13, 78 and 43, then ask a friend to tell you the first and last numbers and then the middle number.

(Results)
• Your friend can remember the first and last issue, but have trouble remembering the numbers in the middle. This is because the concentration level was reduced due to the duration.

It all boils back to the above. The first and the last you see or hear what is usually remember. The following table shows the levels of concentration, when the brain is absorbing information for 30 minutes. During which the brain gets tired and falls to the level of concentration, and the point of rest again rises to the top.

Think of the possibilities, if levels in the table above does not fall below 8. This means that the concentration levels to always be on top form

(Question)
Did you feel sluggish or sleepy while reading a document

The reasons are
• The level of concentration was reduced during this period that his brain is saying Time Out ..

• You are reading  studying too long (Stop the compression of information in memory)

(Note)
Do not force the brain to absorb information ..... When the input information and one which will automatically accessible long-term memory.

(Secrets)
• Make sure that you are relaxed while studying.
• Among the short study periods of 5-8 minutes to do something recreational.

(Example) listening to music or watching television.
Taking Notes
How to write notes

• Are the words of a song, or a message from a friend, much easier to remember than a simple paragraph in geography
• The reason for this phenomenon are the drafting of the information, remember that we write in proper English, but in everyday terms is unusual.
• The brain translates everyday language proper English and vice versa.

Your brain automatically re-organizes the English textbooks proper English. And stored in the format  writing most frequently. (Example) Language broken.

• Take notes is an art that must be mastered, as this has a lot to do with where you place the information in the brain, whether in the long-term memory or short term.

· When writing notes make sure it is taken in their own words (example) broken English.

• Write notes (information) in its own format and not in text book format will automatically access to long-term memory.

Why
• When the brain creates or recreates, the information is automatically entered in the access to long-term memory.

(Note)
· Translate the English textbook of his own broken English after the study.

(Example)
1. The boy ran down the road yesterday (Teacher Notes)
