Cut and Serve - ??Move out and move on!

If your friends or professionals are moving, work with the engines and be present when the movers arrive. If you are not able to be present, while the engines are there, designate a friend or relative to help you make decisions and in their absence. Let the agent of the line will know whom you have given authority. Make sure that your chosen representative knows exactly what to do and valuation liability program and amount you have selected. This person may be asked to sign documents required to the charges.
Deliver the keys, alarm codes and controls for garage door remote to the new owner or real estate agent.
Provide the phone number and all other phone numbers where you can be reached while shipment is in transit. Be sure to take the name of the destination agent, address and telephone number.
Provide the driver with clear directions to your new home
Review all paperwork and details when the van operator arrives. Accompany the driver as he or she inspects each piece of furniture with tags of identifying number. These figures, along with a detailed description of your property at the time of the charge will appear on the inventory.
Stay home until the last item is packed. Make a final inspection before the van operator leaves. Check the inventory of mover and make sure it is in accordance with the notes on the status of your furniture. Take pictures if necessary. It is your responsibility to see all the goods are loaded. Leave your phone connected throughout moving day. After leaving the engines, pack your phone in your luggage for easy access upon arrival in their new home.
Clean your house as you can before the moving van arrives. Search every room, closet and around the house before the moving van arrives.
The driver will contact you or the destination agent at least 24 hours before the scheduled time of arrival. This allows enough time to locate and begin preparation for unloading. It is your responsibility to contact the destination agent if you can not reach.
Check your floor plan so you can tell the engines where to place your furniture and appliances. Be available for engines for instructions on where to place your furniture while unloading. Stay there if there are any questions.
If you can not be at home, while the truck is unloaded, make sure to authorize a representative to accept delivery and pay the charges for you. Inform the destination agent of your representative's name. Your agent will ask you to note any change in the state of property described in the inventory at the time of loading, and take note of the missing items at the time of delivery.
By signing the inventory sheet, you acknowledge receipt of all items listed. Document any loss or damage on the inventory sheet and report to the mover at destination, immediately. Make sure you have your reference number when you call the mover for questions or concerns. Will also be asked to sign the bill of lading and certificate of pack  unpack.
Get a babysitter for their children during loading and unloading.
Leave your pets in a room that is not in the way of loading and unloading process.
If you want your goods in bulk you need to request this service in advance. Limit the unpacking and removal of the boxes may be requested to move in day.
Do not use your stereos, computers, televisions, other electronics and appliances for 24 hours after delivery to avoid damage. Allow them to adapt to room temperature.
The delivery payment is required cash, travelers checks, money orders or cashier's check. Personal checks are not accepted. Unless other arrangements are made ahead of time that are required by federal regulations to pay for the delivery of interstate moves.
Verify that all utilities have been disconnected at your old home and connected at your new home. Having the phone plugged one day before moving day.


If you move - time to begin to adapt

Locate your local post office, police station, fire station and hospitals as well as gas stations near your home.
Get familiar with your neighborhood shopping areas. You may need housewares, tools or other items for your new home unexpectedly.
Call the sanitation department in your new home to find out what days the garbage is collected and what recycling programs are available in your community.
Get new service providers such as a bank, pharmacist, cleaner, cable etc if not already done so.
Contact your local DMV if you have moved to another state to exchange your driver's license and vehicle registration.
Provide your new doctor and dentist with your medical history.
Transfer insurance policies to your new agent. You may also want to make a detailed list of your belongings, their value and coverage.
Get information about schools, libraries, community activities and emergency calling service from your local Chamber of Commerce.
Get the identity card of the library.
Register to vote in your new city.
Decide which documents should be kept and determine for how long. Stored and maintained in a safe place.


So there you have it! A full process to get the program from start to finish. That began to organize - the closets, garage and shelving, then began the long process of finding the right boxes for their various elements. As such, the boxes of kitchen breaking dishes, wardrobe boxes for hanging clothes, and smaller boxes resistant to many books.
